2. Payment Terms

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery to qualify for a full refund.

Late cancellations may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking cost.
6.2. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request, excluding non-refundable fees such as deposit charges where applicable.
